JOHN JOSEPH MULLANEY III

 

HOLLISTON – John Joseph Mullaney III “Jack”, 67 of Holliston, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Newton, he was the son of the late John J. Mullaney II and Alice Mary (Mullen). He was the husband of Valerie (Demas) Mullaney of Holliston.

 

A member of St. Mary’s Church in Holliston, he was in the Army Reserves and was the VP of marketing at Algonquin Gas. A devoted family man, Jack was a friend and mentor to many and was loved by all who knew him.

 

Besides his wife Valerie, he is survived by his son, Charles J. Mullaney of Glendale, CA, a daughter, Jennifer Cushing and her husband Joseph of Bellingham, MA; two brothers, Thomas Mullaney and his wife Diane of Florida, James Mullaney and his wife Dorrie of Bellingham, and a sister, Jane Hackenson of Framingham. He also leaves behind his two grandchildren, Ethan and Emillie, a godson, Matthew Radulski, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.

 

Visitation will take place on Friday, August 27, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington Street (Rt. 16). www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com  A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston.
