*PAUL J. YEO* age 64 of Three Rivers, Michigan and a former resident of Sturgis died Saturday September 8, 2007 at the Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers.

 

He was born September 14, 1942 in Attleboro, Massachusetts a son to the late George & Mary (Livingston) Yeo.

 

Paul had resided in Sturgis since 1988 coming from Warsaw, Indiana.

 

He had been employed by several area convenience stores and manufacturing companies.

 

Paul proudly served his country from 1967-1977 in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War earning the rank of Specialist.

 

He was a member of Captain John J. Kelley Post #1355 VFW, Neuman-Wenzel Post #73 American Legion and Jack Johnston Chapter #88 DAV. He was also dedicated member of the Loyal Order of Moose #574 where he enjoyed volunteering his time and bartending. Paul was an avid NASCAR especially following the career of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

 

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at the Moose Lodge and burial of the ashes at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Battle Creek at a later date to be announced.

 

The *HACKMAN-Foglesong Funeral Home *of Sturgis is handling the arrangements.
