Marietta DeFazio Walrath

September 15, 1941– January 18, 2010

Natick, MA - Marietta DeFazio Walrath, 67, of 485 Franklin St, Framingham, MA passed away peacefully on Monday, January 18, 2010. She was born in Nactick, MA on September 15, 1941, the youngest daughter and predeceased of Jane Papatto DeFazio and Romeo P DeFazio. Marietta grew up in Natick, MA, and graduated from Natick High School in 1960.

St. Patrick Catholic Church in Natick was a central focus of Marietta's life. She enjoyed going to local functions and enjoyed socializing with her neighbors. We will all miss her dry sense of humor and her uncanny charm to put a smile on your face.

Marietta has survivors of two sisters, Anne Marie and Susan DeFazio, both of Natick, MA. Also, survivors include daughters and son-in-laws, Christine and Ty Yale of Gilford, NH and Judith and John Paul Bresset-Walrath of Vermont. Marietta also leaves behind six grandchildren. Children of Christine are Ashley and Mackenzie Yale. Children of Judith are Samantha, Logan, Austin, and Illyanna Walrath-Bresset.

According to her wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
