John Coughlin

 

 

June 11, 1942 – February 10, 2024

 

Jack Coughlin, 81, of Yarmouth, Massachusetts, husband, father, grandfather and friend to many, passed away on February 10, 2024. He was born on June 11, 1942, in Natick, Massachusetts. Jack was a master auto mechanic, known for his expertise in the field. He was the proud owner of Franklin Globe Texaco.

 

Jack is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Coughlin of Yarmouth, Massachusetts. He is also survived by his children: Tricia Coughlin Shaw and her husband Glenn Shaw of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Kristen Coughlin and her husband Maxim Fetissenko of Providence, Rhode Island; Ryan Coughlin of Thailand; and Sean Coughlin, his wife Lynar Coughlin, and their children Lazaros and Fiona of Newton, Massachusetts.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Coughlin of Natick, and his sister, Marie Coughlin.

 

In his free time, Jack enjoyed traveling, attending car shows, watching Bruins games and taking on home repair projects. He was a dedicated member of the community and found solace in his faith. John worshipped at Saint Pius X Catholic Church in Yarmouth, Massachusetts.

 

Jack Coughlin will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. His memory will forever be cherished.

 

A wake will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Chapman Funerals & Cremations 58 Long Pond Dr. Yarmouth. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St Pius X Church, Barbara Ave S. Yarmouth at 11:00am on Friday, February 16, 2024.
