Paul R. Kelly, 59,
of
He was the husband
of Karen (Derrick) Kelly. They were married for 40 years.
Born in
Originally a tool
and die maker at Pratt and Whitney, Mr. Kelly was active in the labor movement
for more than 30 years. He served as a Grand Lodge representative of IAMAW
(International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers for the past 20
years.
Besides his wife
and his mother, he leaves three daughters and two sons-in-law, Kathleen and
Eric Brown of
He was predeceased
by a brother, William Kelly and a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and
Joseph Grassey.
A liturgy of Christian
burial will be held on Monday, March 19, at 11 a.m. at Newkirk and Whitney
Funeral Home,
Calling hours will
take place on Saturday, March 17, from 4 to 6 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Sunday,
March 18, from 2 to 5 p.m., at the funeral home.
