Jacqueline G. Hale, age 80, of Hubbardston, died Friday,
December 24, 2021 after a long illness.
Jacqueline was born November 2, 1941, in Natick, a
daughter of Robert F. and Norma B. (Goodwin) Higgins. Jacqueline was a graduate
of Natick High School and Mass Bay Community College, in Wellesley She was employed
by Shawmut Bank as a Personal Banker at the time of her retirement. Throughout
her life, Jackie had many interests which included traveling and Sunday drives
with her husband Paul, reading and gardening. Jackie also devoted many years to
providing day care for her two grandchildren when they were younger.
Jacqueline leaves her husband Paul P. Hale. Jackie and
Paul were married November 12, 1960 in Wayland. Jackie leaves her son Jeffrey
P. Hale; daughter Virginia Jepson and her husband Randy Jepson of Hubbardston;
her grandchildren Audrey Jepson and Paul Jepson. Jackie also leaves her sisters
Nancy Bolton and her husband Robert Bolton of Littleton, Marilyn Huston and her
husband Alan Huston of Keene and two nieces Elizabeth Bolton and Sarah Huston
and two nephews Andrew Bolton and Theodore Bolton. Besides her parents, Jackie
was predeceased by her brother Robert Higgins, Jr. and a nephew Michael Huston.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 3,
2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111
Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA 01475.
Calling Hours will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2022
from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Mack Family Funeral Home 105 Central Street,
Gardner, MA 01440. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in
Jacqueline's name to the Hubbardston Fire Association, 7 Main Street, Unit 5,
